Pick & Pack, and Order Fulfillment

VMS takes pride in our Pick & Pack, and Fulfillment Operations. We have over 20 years’ experience providing these services to businesses large and small in the USA and Canada – from full tractor-trailer loads to case quantities. We work across many industries, and our customers include businesses involved in food, clothing, brochures, sporting equipment, and hardware among others. We also provide kitting, inserting, labeling, collating, and sealing services.
VMS offer’s 3PL (third-party logistics) domestic and international utilizing Direct LTL and truck load freight companies coupled with our international brokerage partners to ship anywhere in the United States and Canada.

I purchased VMS (formerly Rutland Industries) in 2011. Through VMS, employment is offered to as many individuals with disabilities as possible. Through the sale of Rutland Industries, not only was all our debt paid off, but the remaining proceeds were donated to the United Way of Rutland County to be redistributed to other local not for profits. On top of the mission to employ people with disabilities, We are involved with their local cub scouts, and grow a vegetable garden for the employees.
